Join the Indian Trails quality driving team. We are the premier motor coach carrier in Michigan. As such we are always looking for quality individuals to add to our team. Driver applicants must be 24 years of age and possess a valid drivers license with a good driving record (no more than 2 points in the past 5 years). A good work history with no felony convictions in the prior 7 years is also required. Last year our average driver earnings were in excess of $30,000.00. Indian Trails provides its employees with one of the finest compensation and benefits programs in the motor coach industry.   Applicants need not have any prior commercial driving experience as we will provide you with all the necessary training to succeed in this exciting and interesting career. We provide skills testing for passing Michigan Commercial Driver's license requirements.   Applicants selected for our paid training program will receive both classroom and instructed behind the wheel training by our own in house trainers. Each candidate will receive a minimum of 10 hours of instructed behind the wheel training in addition to closed course and skills training. Training lasts from 4-5 weeks depending on course location at any of our three home terminal sites: Owosso, Kalamazoo and Romulus (Detroit).
