I wanted to let you know what extraordinarily pleasant drivers you had working. Without exception, every single time I rode the bus during those three days, the driver was courteous, engaging me or the other riders in pleasant conversation. In this age of apparent self-centeredness, it was refreshing to meet people providing a service that actually had warmth and personality. I commend you and your drivers that I met last week.
